In the wake of the devastation left by Typhoon Ruby (international name: Hagupit), ACCORD is working to respond quickly to the needs of the most affected and least-served communities. Our initial target is to provide assistance to 5,000 families in these vulnerable communities. They are currently in need of emergency shelter, food, and drinking water.
