ACCORD started 2015 by looking back at 5 years' worth of experiences and lessons. The 3-day assessment and planning workshop synthesized the lessons from the past years to create well-informed plans for 2015 and beyond. The activity is part of ACCORD's commitment to continuously improve itself in order to provide better services to others.
