We only collect the absolute minimum data required to facilitate secure portal collaboration. This includes names, email addresses, and encrypted passwords for user authentication. Furthermore, we log standard client IP addresses and user agents when users view portal content or download files for security auditing and lightweight service metrics.
2. Consent & Opt-Out
Consistent with GDPR guidelines, portal account registration requires affirmative consent. All Optional tracking/analytics are disabled if you toggle your tracking preferences off in the Cookie Consent Banner or the Privacy & Data Rights dashboard.
3. Data Access & Rights
You maintain full ownership of your data. You may download a copy of all information logged on your profile (Data Portability) or request account deletion (Right to Erasure) directly in our self-service portal.
